SHIPPING POLICY

Sestini offers free shipping on all orders within the EU. Orders anywhere else will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping is provided by one of our courier partners, with the option to track the parcel upon dispatch.

Sestini ships from Italy and processes orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Sestini requests that returns and exchanges are made within 14 days of delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Exchanging or returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your sunglasses in the comfort of your own home and let us know straight away if you’d like a different shape, colour or a refund and which we’ll process free of charge. Customers will need to request returns and/or exchanges via info@sestini.com. 

Returns requested more than 14 days after the shipment is received are accepted at the discretion of Sestini and may only be refunded as a credit.

Sestini will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with damages or signs of wear, customers should notify us as soon as possible via email with images.

There’s no cost to exchange or refund your purchase, although if you’re based outside the EU, taxes and duties are applicable. If you wish to try another style, simply return it for a store credit refund and purchase the new item separately.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

One Tree Planted donations will be waived upon return of sunglasses.

Sestini requests that all returns and exchanges are returned in their original packaging to minimise waste consumption, however this will not hinder a refund being processed.
